The mailroom
One inbox and one mailbox. Most crate questions come down to a pair of numbers, so bring the weight of the dog and the width of the spot.
Write to [email protected]. It lands with the people who work on the pieces rather than in a queue, and a reply usually comes back within a couple of business days.
A first message without the numbers below gets a reply asking for them, so sending them straight away saves a round trip.

It is an office suite, not a showroom. There is no floor model, no counter, and nobody who can sign for a crate coming back. Anything that has to go back travels through the retail partner that sold it, on the terms printed with that listing.
What to put in the first message
- The weight of the dog in pounds, and the shoulder height if you happen to know it.
- The name of the piece you are looking at, or a link to its page on this site.
- The width of the spot where the piece will stand, measured in inches rather than in couch lengths.
- For a chewer, a plain note on what the dog has already gotten through. It changes the answer.
What a message here cannot fix
Order status, payment and delivery dates live with the retail partner, and their record is the one that counts. A note to this inbox cannot move a box or change what a listing charges for it.
Nothing in this inbox can judge a dog it has never met. If a dog is having a hard time in every crate, the person to ask works in a clinic or trains dogs for a living, and what they say beats anything a catalog prints.
