What this site keeps
There is no account, no cart and no form anywhere on this site, which keeps an honest privacy page short.
What the pages take in
Nothing typed, because there is nowhere to type. No sign-up, no newsletter box, no comments, no saved basket. A name or a card number has no field on this site to land in.
The crate picker runs entirely inside your browser. The choices pressed there are never sent anywhere and are gone when the tab closes.
What the host logs
The pages are served from a content network, and it keeps the request logs every such network keeps: an address, a timestamp, the page asked for, the browser string. That record exists to keep the site standing and to tell visitors from floods.
We stack nothing on top of it. No analytics script loads on any page here, and a page requests only its own stylesheet, script, fonts and photographs, all from this same address.
Mail you send
A message to the mailroom is kept while the question is open and for a while after, because the follow-up about the same dog tends to arrive months later.
The address is not added to any list, nothing is sent to it that was not asked for, and asking for the thread to be deleted gets it deleted without argument.
After a buy button
Every buy button opens a page belonging to a retail partner, and from that click onward their terms apply, not these. They will know the visit came from this catalog.
That arrangement is what pays for the site, and it is said plainly in the footer of every page rather than tucked away.
